Dr. Emoto’s Water Experiment
If thoughts can do that to water, imagine what thoughts can do to us?
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.”

So because my body is made up of 90% water and my thoughts have an effect – upon waking in the morning one of the first things I do is replenish by drinking a big glass of water, as I pray and say these words:
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. (Words about the fruit of the Spirit, already within me – Gal. 5:22-23.)
What did Einstein mean when he said:
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics”
And perhaps it’s deeper than that – a deeper spirituality and the ways of the Spirit at work?
God help me to change my thoughts, change my mind, change my life.
