I thank You God for most this amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes

how should tasting touching hearing seeing
breathing any – lifted from the no

The joy of being alive.  I could imagine hearing these words of spoken by Jesus as he steps into the sunlight.  I feel these words in my soul when I think about resurrection life breaking through in my life now, not just after I die, but right here and right now.  Life – what a gift.  It’s amazing that any of us are here.  And to live, to live now is the invitation.   God’s job description is always and evermore to  bring life out of death, not just in the future, but throughout our lives.  The day we believe, trust and live in that truth is the day we become Christian.  No matter my sorrow, my despair, my deaths, “I who have died am alive again today!” and I see, I hear and trust resurrection life, within and all around me, even now.
